A practicing advocate named Parvathy S Krishnan of Kerala High Court has been booked for sending forged court’s order and Revenue Divisional Office documents to her client.

According to the FIR, advocate told her client that she could get his property converted from wet land to dryland in Revenue Divisional Office records and she could get it done quickly if her client pays her fee of Rs 75,000.

Further it is stated in the FIR that, after receiving an advance payment of Rs 40,000, she sent a forged and signed reference letter from the Revenue Divisional Office along with the fake order from the Kerala High Court to her client.

Advocate Parvathy has booked for the offence punishable under section 420, 406, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
